1:1 Therapeutic Yoga

Working with me privately starts with a free 30-minute Discovery Call. If we decide to move forward, 4 one-hour appointments are booked spanning a three-month(ish) period. These can be done on-line or in person (or a combination).

EveryBODY enters this therapeutic relationship with their own unique experiences (their life!) and we work from that place...together. The healing process is neither cookie-cutter nor linear and it takes time. As we work to shift patterns, this becomes a lifelong lifestyle change. I provide you with education, teach you tools and offer support along your journey.

These sessions may not be the right fit if:

  • You already feel your days are full
  • You prefer group/class environments over a home program
  • You are looking for a tailored yoga sequence class to practice at home

Mindful Movement

Every time we step onto the mat it is an opportunity to learn about ourselves. Long standing patterns of tension, breath holding, gripping or bracing are often under our level of awareness. What shows up on the mat typically exists in our life off the mat.

This 60-minute Mindful Movement Class is held Thursdays starting at 10:30 ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time). It offers a safe and supportive environment to learn and experience how your body is moving. Our focus is quality over quantity. The movements tend to be slower and smaller, which does not equate easier!

I believe education to be a powerful way for us to grow and heal. I use biomechanics and anatomy to help explain how the human body functions and moves. We'll explore through movement, breath, stillness and self-massage to help bring awareness and support shifts and change.


This is a great place to start learning the concepts and principles that, I believe, are essential to improving patterns, reducing pain and stepping into a more vibrant life.

This class is suitable for anyBODY.

Please bring your mat.

Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage

For 90 minutes, you get to practice BEing instead of DOing by allowing yourself to sink into supported Restorative Yoga poses. In each pose, you will receive the ancient healing properties of Thai Massage to further enhance your relaxation. Between each posture, there are gentle transitional movements to guide your body into the next pose.

The whole class is offered to the soft sounds of background music.

The last 30minutes will be spent integrating while sipping tea and enjoying a light refreshment.

No experience is necessary. This class is open to anyBODY.
