This is a short practice to release tightness through lower ribs, low back pain and sacrum (SI Joint) discomfort.
Starting in standing with connection to feet with a bit of ball rolling. Gentle hip mobility. From there into supported bridge with pelvis on block - variations are given. Gentle arm flexion while on your back. Finishing with some full body somatic type movement.
