This is a short practice to release tightness through lower ribs, low back pain and sacrum (SI Joint) discomfort.

Starting in standing with connection to feet with a bit of ball rolling. Gentle hip mobility. From there into supported bridge with pelvis on block - variations are given. Gentle arm flexion while on your back. Finishing with some full body somatic type movement.

Equipment:

  • Small 'squishy' ball for foot work

  • 3" yoga block (alternatives provided in video)

  • 2 yoga straps (alternatives provided in video)
