6 min Tension Release

This is a short 5 1/2 min guided practice to bring you into your somatic body - away from the thinking body to support moving into restfulness and then sleep.

It can be done in bed or on a sofa, anywhere you feel completely supported. You can do this at multiple times throughout the day to support your sleep at night.

It can also be done in a seated position, just make sure you're back is comfortably supported.
