Hip Mobility 17.44 mins

This short video is done in standing. There is some education at the beginning on how are hips move, specifically how our pelvis can move on our legs when in standing (load bearing).

Improving the patterns of available movement of our pelvis on leg bone can alleviate held back tension and hip tension. We practice moving in planes different than that of walking and as a result, that pattern of walking can improve.

As always, be gentle. Move with kindness and awareness to what your body is communicating to you. These moves are small and slow AND powerful.

You can also fit this movement in at any point during your day.
