Do you often feel like your hamstrings are 'tight' but no amount of stretching changes anything? It often can be that "turning on" hamstrings and glutes - reminding them of their job!can provide some relief and stabilization of the pelvis.

In this video, we work on activating the lower posterior chain - down the back of the legs and glutes. These structures propel us forward! We are inviting them to turn on and exploring what that feels like.

We finish in bridge pose, connecting feet to pelvis and to rib cage.

Equipment: Wall space to place your feet on. Strap is optional
