Fall Mindful Movement Session
This is an event series

Every time we step onto the mat it is an opportunity to learn about ourselves. Long standing patterns of tension, breath holding, gripping or bracing are often under our level of awareness. What shows up on the mat typically exists in our life off the mat.

This 60-minute Mindful Movement Class is held Thursdays starting at 10:30 ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time). It offers a safe and supportive environment to learn and experience how your body is moving. Our focus is quality over quantity. The movements tend to be slower and smaller, which does not equate easier!

I believe education to be a powerful way for us to grow and heal. I use biomechanics and anatomy to help explain how the human body functions and moves. We'll explore through movement, breath, stillness and self-massage to help bring awareness and support shifts and change.

This is a great place to start learning the concepts and principles that, I believe, are essential to improving patterns, reducing pain and stepping into a more vibrant life.

This class is suitable for anyBODY.
